Luga (The ice King)

Humans were looking for a place to conduct their chemical experiments away from society.

They found a remote location in Greenland where nothing and no one could interfere with their affairs.

One day, one of the tanks containing highly toxic liquid spilled into the sea. It annihilated many animals.

But one beluga whale suffered mutations.

(desperation, hatred, fear, rage) These are some of the feelings the beluga experienced upon seeing everything that had happened.

He decided to train to fight and defend the few animals that remained alive in the area. In doing so, it discovered an ability to generate ice with its body and use it as a mechanism for attack and defense.
